Authenticity of an email for disputes.

Hi, I raised a payment dispute a while ago, had confirmation of receipt and have just recieved an email asking me to follow a link and resubmit my information.I'm weary it may not be genuine - is this a real tesco email address - [email protected] and is the page https://www.tescobank.com/disputes a genuine tesco site. When I typed it in to the internet address bar nothing came up. ThanksBex

    Hi
I'm sorry to hear about this confusion.
The https://www.tescobank.com/disputes is genuine and has been used on the site.
I feel you need to send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' for someone to check this out and provide you with an appropriate response.
Click on this link (you will see the logo) and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
Complete it and send your message securely that only Tesco Bank will see.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    Hope this helps, warm wishes,
