    Hi. I contacted a few weeks ago and started a dispute regarding a refund. The company has now paid the refund. How do I stop the dispute. thanks

    Great to hear you have your refund, and I have a solution for you !
    To close your dispute down please proceed as follows :-
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' to request closure of your dispute.
    1. Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    2. In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    3. A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    4. Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    They will send you a reply to your dispute is closed.
    Please accept. as a solution, thanks.

    What great news that the company has paid your refund, a good solution!!
    To stop your dispute you need to send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' and instruct them to stop the dispute as you've received your refund.

    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    The disputes team will be contacted on your behalf.
