In March we did temporarily suspend payments to veterinary practices as we are only able to pay via cheque and as most of our team were working remotely during lockdown it was not possible for us to issue cheques at the time. We are now in a position where we can issue cheque payments again so we can pay vets now if the vet is happy to accept direct payment.
