Direct debit didn't come out

    My DD didn't come out and I've been charged a late payment fee. I've been trying to call the contact centre but can't get through - it just says they are operating reduced hours but not what they are!

    I'm really sorry to hear your D/D didn't come out and as a result you were charged a late payment fee.
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so this can be checked out and an appropriate response can be provided.
    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    You will get a repy from one of the Tesco Team after they've had chance to look into this for you.

    I'm sorry about this, but i'm sure we can get this resolved quickly for you.
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message'
    so they can correct it and refund the charge.
    Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    You will see the prompt to 'Send a Message' top right side of the page.
    It is set default to send to Tesco Bank, so you don't need to add anything to the send to field.
    Complete your message and send securely to Tesco Bank.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    Tesco Bank will reply shortly to your private message.
