I am trying to access my online account. It’s doing that thing again of saying it doesn’t recognise my device and I need a new code. I try to call and can never get through or it directs me back online. I’m trying to do this at work and it’s impossible! Please can someone just get me a new code so I can log in!!!

It’s asking me who I am messaging? There’s a field and it’s asking me for the username of the person I’m messaging. Should I say Tesco bank?
