Getting a OTAC is impossible!!!

    I am trying to access my online account. It’s doing that thing again of saying it doesn’t recognise my device and I need a new code. I try to call and can never get through or it directs me back online. I’m trying to do this at work and it’s impossible! Please can someone just get me a new code so I can log in!!!

    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' and they will resolve this for you.

    Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

    Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.

    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    You will receive a reply from the Tesco Team shortly thereafter.

    It’s asking me who I am messaging? There’s a field and it’s asking me for the username of the person I’m messaging. Should I say Tesco bank?

    You don’t need to put anything in the send to field, it’s already default set to send to Tesco Bank which you will notice directly above the send to box.
    Don’t worry, you’re not the first one to be confused by this, and you certainly won’t be the last.
