Missing Sort Code and Account Number

    I'm a bit stuck. I had a fixed term savings account which matured. I have no idea where the interest went for this account so tried to check online. I have forgotten my password and security number so when I try and login I enter the sort code and account number for the savings account and it isn't recognised. As such I can't login to even check where the interest went. Please help.
