How I can change my mobile number when I cant get an access to my account without One Time Access Code texted to me?

    Hi, I lost my mobile number connected to my Tesco bank account and now I cant get access to my account. It require one time code texted to my phone (impossible now). how can I change my mobile number without logging to my account? Thank you

    I'm sorry to hear the difficulties you have been encountering.
    The best way forward is to send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so they can assist you and provide you with a solution for you to access your account.


    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

    Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.

    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    You will get a reply to your private message.

    You can either give customer service a call , or even better send a private message to Tesco Bank and they will get this resolved for you.
    To do this is really easy !
