Chargeback request on 19th June, when will I be contacted?

    Am I meant to include my name, date of birth and postcode. on this message ?

    I'm sorry to hear that you have not been contacted.
    Please DO NOT include personal details on here, instead include them on a private message.
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so your chargeback can be checked out and an appropriate response can be provided.

    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

    Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.

    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    You will get a reply to your private message after Tesco Bank have checked out your claim.

    Given the length of time that has now elapsed, i would strongly suggest that you send Tesco Bank a 'private message' to have your account checked to provide an update.
    Please DO NOT post any personal details here, but include them on your private message.
    To do this is really simple, please proceed as follows :-
    1. Please Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.2. Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.

    3. A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

    4. Complete it and send your message securely and privately.

    5. Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    You will then receive a reply to your private message as requested.
