    Having submitted a Charge Back Form for a lost deposit - Cruise & Maritime that went into liquidation - on the 21st July - and receiving an automated response - saying " 6 weeks " for a response - little did I think that 11 weeks later - still nothing - despite sending regular reminders ?

    I'm sorry to hear this.
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' from here so your Chargeback claim can be checked and an update can be provided.

    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    You will get a reply to your private message with updated information regarding your Chargeback claim.

    Hi Yes sadly things are taking longer than 6 weeks at the moment, it would probably be a good idea if Tesco changed the automated response to reflect that. If you send a private message to they will look into your claim and be able to give you some kind of update. Click on the link and there is an option to create/send a new message, please include your name, address, DOB and relevant details regarding the claim so they can look into it for you. It wont necessarily make the process quicker but they will be able to confirm where your claim is up to. Fingers crossed you hear something soonRegards

    To send a Private Message to Tesco Bank please click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down to beneath the badges on left hand side and click onto 'Send Private Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode
    You will receive a reply to your private message.
