    @redbumperman Hey, although the team are unable to respond to every individual item of feedback. Every bit is logged (verbatim), through our internal feedback tool and reviewed. I mentioned above that customer journeys through the website are being reviewed and we will provide updates on this channel as we improve these.

    Great to hear back from you so quickly. I took the advice at the end of your message and went Off Topic because the way you described it seemed like good fun. Unfortunately I only found out about an elite meal deal, and it didn't really progress my query. Nice to know that Robbie passed my message on though. The Customer Journey sounds like more fun than the elite meal deal though, so I'm looking forward to hearing all about it. I'm thinking of Going Advanced in the coming months, so I'll share my text editing options with you then.
