Online shopping verification

    Over the last couple of months when I been shopping online my card has been declined due to failure during bank verification.
    anybody have a solution. My card is now failing on more and more sites.

    Hi @Permantro, how are you today? Can you call our Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and select any option as you will get put through to a member of the team. Ask them to check the '3d secure' aspect of your card. That may be the issue you're having with the online transactions. If it is not enabled, then the advisor can enable that for you and once that is done, try your transaction again and it should go through. Going forward when making online purchases, you may receive a code to enter on the app to approve the transaction. If the transaction still fails, then it may be an issue with the merchant.
