I clear my credit card in full every month, but although the balance shows zero, the available balance does not update. This results in me inevitably getting texts and emails saying I’m approaching my limit as it doesn’t account for the fact I’ve paid it all off. This happens every month and I have to call customer services who manually ‘nudge’ the system to update. Is there any way to fix this please?

This will happen if you pay an amount that's higher than your credit limit or if you pay more than your last statement balance. Is that how you've been paying the account?

Yes I sometimes pay more than the last statement balance, for example if I have used the card in between getting the statement and making the payment, I generally pay off the new bits too.
