How do I revert to OTP

    How do I revert to receiving OneTime Passcodes to authorise on-line credit card purchases? The app will not download on my phone. The credit card is held jointly with my wife who does have the app but it is a REAL nuisance to both of us. The OTP system was so easy to use. Another bank (one of the 'big five' gives the option of OTP or app when making a purchase. Can Tesco do this?

    @cabinscooter Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    Only the primary cardholder can access the mobile app, I'm afraid. However, if you call the Credit Card team they'll be able to arrange for you to be able to approve transactions by text.

    You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
