Charge

    I have just received correspondence from Tesco Bank relating to my credit card late payment, charging 12.00. I strongly dispute this payment due to the fact that payment was posted first class on 31 January, 2019 which always reaches you in time but due to conditions beyond our control due to back weather conditions snow and ice on 1 and 2 February 2019 the Royal Mail cancelled all post and postman delivering post therefore the payment stayed at post office until snow cleared enough for post to be distributed, hence there would have been a back log.
    I look forward to receiving a positive response stating this charge will be cancelled. We never default on payment and always pay the full amount due!
