    Thanks for the update. I've saved over £500 with another company to re insure the same car. So at least can sort it all out now.

    Good morning
    I'm sorry you're not renewing your car insurance, however I understand as you've got a better deal elsewhere.
    To get your no claims you can log into your insurance account, I have entered how to complete this below.
    Where can I find my Tesco Car Insurance proof of No Claims?
    You can find proof of your No Claims in either your cancellation or lapse letter, which can be accessed via Your Insurance Account:
    • Once you've logged in to Your Insurance Account, select the relevant policy
    • Click on 'View documents' on the home page
    • You will be presented with a list of all the documents available and you just

      need to select the document you wish to view;
    • Either your renewal pack or the cancellation/lapse letter we sent you when your policy ended
    Not yet registered? It only takes a few minutes to register and you can view, download and print any of your policy documents straight away.
    If you're still having difficulty you could send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' for someone to check this out.
    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with your policy number.
