Verification Code On App Not arriving..

    Good morning

    I've just opened a Tesco credit card and I'm trying to set up the chase app on my Iphone. Unfortunately I'm not receiving the verification code needed to continue setting up despite requesting it several times.

    My phone is an Iphone 12 and fully updated. I use a Tesco sim card, so I can't see why there would be a problem being blocked etc. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, turned my phone on and off etc. I've never had this problem before with verification codes, so I'm at a bit of a loss.

    I rang the helpline on the app earlier and the person who answered didn't have a clue either. I'd be grateful if someone could give me some advice. I do all my banking via my phone and it will be inconvenient if I'm not able to do my Tesco banking the same
