We have a long-term mortgage of 30 years. And now it is almost 10 years in the period. It is time for the renewal and the brokers have sent us the papers. But there is not really any change in the rates. We tried negotiating the terms but they do not seem to adjust. So we are looking to change the lender and the broker too. Our current broker doesn't seem to be really helpful when we told them about the need for a change of the lender. So is the process for both hard?
