Credit card and balance transfer

    Yesterday I got accepted for a credit card and sorted out a balance transfer to happen. The amount I put in was wrong and the card I am transferring from slightly higher than I put in but still well below the balance I was offered. I haven't received any emails and when I go to log on it says error and something about my device. When I get my card would I be able to change the balance transfer amount?.

    Hi Ally, when you receive your card please give us a quick ring on 0345 300 4278 and my colleagues will be able to update your balance transfer amount. The transfer is essentially ready to go through as soon as you activate the card, and we'll need to change the amount transferred manually. This is why you'll need to call us - John
