iPhone app - having to re-register. Again. And again.

    I am sick to death of opening the iPhone app and being greeted with "welcome" and having to go through the same setup process time and time again. Entering my username, 6 digits, passcode, the 8 digit SMS code, deleting the "new device" email.

    I have had the same iPhone XS Max for eight years. It is NOT a new device.

    This is the last chance. If I get this again I'm moving mine and my wife's credit cards to Sainsbury.

    I've reported this on this forum before, I have sent you details, and I have seen posts from others experiencing the same issue. It cannot be difficult to fix!!! (I'm a software developer myself, just not for apps).

    Please call the Technical Helpdesk on 0345 300 3511, available 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday, so they can investigate this fully for you.
