Hello,
I want to understand what is the right way to move from Instant Access ISA to Fixed Rate ISA.

Background:
Last year I had a Fixed Rate ISA and it's recently matured and become an Instant Access ISA. What should I do to be able to move my money to the Fixed Rate ISA again?

I assume that I need to reapply to the Fixed Rate ISA as I did with my first one, but I'm not sure about the eligibility question if it's true or not in my case (since I already have the Instant Access ISA within this year):This is the only Cash ISA I will have subscribed to within this tax year with Tesco Bank (unless the full balance of another Cash ISA is being transferred to this account)
Could you please help me here?
Thank you!
