I called on Monday (20/01) to apply for a top up to my existing loan, was approved and accepted then told I would receive a credit agreement in the post within the next 5 days, which i’ve yet to receive at the minute.

Quite frustrating as it’s a time sensitive matter of receiving the funds and when i initially applied in 2022, i was accepted instantly and the funds were with me by the next 24 hours, no hassle.

& I can see from this forum, this is an ongoing issue and think it highlights a reoccurring issue with the current process of paper documentation to sign causing unnecessary delays, whereby it could be simplified by an e-sign instead.

Please advise on an accurate ETA for the agreement and if it hasn’t arrived by 27/01, I’d ideally want it resent with a tracked guaranteed next-day service, as opposed to a freepost service which seems to be overloaded clearly!
