Email or Online Chat for credit card to change adress

    I have moved abroad and need to change my address on my credit card, the app will not let me change from a UK address and my phone is unable to ring the helpline, I understand the credit card may need to be blocked if it is an abroad adress, but can still be kept active until the debts on it are paid off, so I am just wanting someone online I can contact via email or live chat to change the address for me, it is something I have been having issues with for days.

    I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with this. We're not able to offer Credit Cards to customers who live overseas, I'm afraid, so you won't be able to change the address on the account online.

    To speak to the Credit Card team regarding this you'll need to call. You can reach them from overseas on +44 1268 508 027 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm). Please be aware we also accept calls via Skype if this is more convenient.
