Credit Limit App Confusion?

    I set up a foundation credit card a few months ago, with a credit limit of £250. I then received a letter to increase this to £600ish, so I called customer services to approve it and they then increased to this new limit immediately.

    However this new limit isn’t showing on my Tesco Bank app yet. Does it take some time to increase this?

    As context I’ve also told customer services to automatically increase this limit from now on when I’m eligible, without my permission.

    If your limit was increased, then your app will update to reflect this.

    If it still isn't showing over the next couple of working days, then please call the Credit Card team and they'll check this for you.

    You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
