Received duplicate credit cards in post and credit card not linking to Clubcard

    Hello

    I received my new credit cards in the post. I received 2 cards exactly the same and my husband received 2 cards exactly the same. Should I just destroy the duplicate cards?
    Also the old card just stopped working before I had taken receipt of the new cards.

    My new card is working to take payments however when I scan it as a Clubcard it wouldn't register on the card machine in my local Tesco. Would it be possible for you to set up my (and my husband's ) credit card to act as a club card.

    Sorry to hear you received duplicate cards. Provided the card you've used is working to transact, and it sounds like it is, destroy the duplicates.

    If you contact the Clubcard team, they'll be able to help merge the accounts for you.
