I updated my grocery basket but now can't check out my grocery order online on the website or on the app. All is well until the final "Confirm Order" button. I get a red banner message on the website saying "Something is wrong, we've probably already fixed it, please try again" but I simply get caught in a loop repeating the same message.

Similar happens on the app with a similar message. There's nothing on either telling me my Tesco Credit Card can't be authorised (all is well with my Credit Card). When I click the link on the website to "change payment card" I can't even do that. This has been going on since Friday night. I spoke to Tesco C/S yesterday morning and the issue was being referred to their IT department but I haven't heard anything since. I'm stuck trying to confirm this week's order.

Has anyone experienced the same and can give me some help please?
