Declined credit card

    I’m currently travelling Asia and my credit card has been declined another couple number of times. I can’t call you to discuss as I don’t have a number and won’t turn on my uk sim due to the excessive costs it will incur. However I am contactable on WhatsApp (message or voice call) and on my email - details of which you will have on file against my credit card details. I’m very keen to get this sorted - can someone please contact me? Thanks

    I'm sorry to hear about this and can imagine how frustrating this must be. There could be several reasons why we'd decline a transaction, you can read more about these here.

    So we can check to make sure there is nothing preventing you from using the card, please send a private message.

    However, please be aware, if there are any blocks or restrictions on the card you will need to call us for security purposes, and we're not able to use WhatsApp or email as a contact. There is no other way around that, I'm afraid.
