Breach security sending faster payment

    Hi Tesco Bank I phoned Tesco Bank today to explain about a faster payment transfer hasn't record to the account I bought something off, but I was told its due to a security breach and I'm confused as that's never happens to me previously, should I be concerned as I didn't understand what I was being told over the phone, I hope I've not done anything wrong for the bank to hold my payment transfer sounds a bit dodgy to me and quite concert Kind regards Darren

    There's no need to feel at all worried that you've done something wrong. As a bank, we sometimes need to do checks on transactions, just to make sure everything is as it should be before it goes through. Checking transactions is done commonly by all banks as a safety measure, normally it isn't noticed by customers. If you have any more issues or concerns, just let me know!
