If you're due a refund from a retailer, the timescales involved can vary depending on the merchant bank.
This is something we have no control over and although most refunds take between 3 - 5 days, we do suggest contacting the company who are processing the refund to check their timescales.
You can check your account balance via Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App. Please note that if you've recently reported your card as lost or stolen after you made the initial transaction, there is a chance the refund may have been processed to your old card by the retailer. You'll need to contact us to investigate this further.
