How do I change when my Direct Debit loan payment is taken or the account it is taken from?

To change the date we take the Direct Debit from your account, please contact us at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment date. You can select any date between 1st – 25th of the month to make your payment.

To change the bank account from which your Direct Debit is paid, please contact us at least 14 days before your next scheduled payment date.
