What should I do if I lose my Instant Access Savings Account card?

Please contact our Lost and Stolen helpline which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A member of our Customer Service team will arrange to cancel your card and send you a new one which will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. A new PIN will be issued and arrive separately within 3 to 5 business days.

If your card is lost or stolen, please call the Savings Team immediately on 0345 678 5678*.

Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
