hi 6 weeks ago i applied for a loan
a few days later i got the message to say it had been approved and that the paperwork would be sent out 2-5 working days , well almost a fortnight passed and nothing so i rang the customer services in glasgow
after a few security questions i got the answer that they have had a huge amounts of loans and that the system was behind . but they also said it shouldn't be too much longer a few days at most
well that was 4 weeks ago and still nothing

so no one as an answer to this ?
was kinda hoping for some help/advice
guess must have to come to wrong place
will try the customer services again
see what baloney they come up with this time
