Hi,

For two consecutive days now, when I run the mobile app on my iPhone I have to re-register. i.e. Enter my user name, pin code, password etc.

Is there a problem somewhere?

Any help gratefully received.

Hey @BillBudd. We're aware of an issue affecting some iOS customers on the Mobile App. Following a recent iOS update, the app isn't saving users Face ID or Touch ID preferences and asks the user to login from the beginning using their 6-digit security number and password. Provided you know these details, you'll still be able to login. However, I appreciate this is a longer process than usual to access your account. Our technical team are aware of the issue and hope to have a fix in place soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I had this issue again today. It’s so frustrating - am I supposed to write down my password in case I need it months later?
Today I had to go through the whole password nonsense as Face ID had turned itself off following an update. Very infuriating when trying to authorise a payment ☹️
