Hi

I paid off my balance in full in both June and July but have been charged 26p interest in June and again in July. Why have I been charged this... no cash withdrawals and balance paid in full both months?

@Shev1 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. On your statement you should refer to the section 'Summary of Balances' and it will outline why you've been charged interest. Generally, to avoid paying interest, the full balance must be paid in full and on time. If either of these conditions aren't met, then interest would be applied.
