What can I do to receive OTP messages.

    Hi there.

    I have moved phone network due to poor signal and high prices on my old one. The port was undertaken on 19th March. I now can't receive OTP and am locked out of my account. I have no access to statements, transactions etc so am relying on memory to keep up with my balance.

    Tesco Bank are blaming my mobile phone service provider... and vice versa. Any clues on to how this can be resolved?

    @Rankersbo Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear about this.

    Due to some changes, Temporary Security Numbers (TSN) can no longer be issued by text via our social media channels. If you require immediate access to your online banking account you’ll need to call us on 0345 300 3511 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and my colleagues will get you logged in straight away. If you’re not in a hurry to access your account I can send you a TSN through the post which will be with you within 3-5 business days.
