I have moved phone network due to poor signal and high prices on my old one. The port was undertaken on 19th March. I now can't receive OTP and am locked out of my account. I have no access to statements, transactions etc so am relying on memory to keep up with my balance.
Tesco Bank are blaming my mobile phone service provider... and vice versa. Any clues on to how this can be resolved?
