Thanks for the prompt reply. I am unsure if this is a private message so I won't quote account numbers etc. Perhaps you would advise if this is the way to reply please. My query is that this month I noticed I had been charged interest on my credit card account even though the full balance was paid in full. Looking at previous statements I also find that interest was charged on them as well and the balance had been paid in full!
