Hi, paid my entire balance off on 25th March, it says my balance is now 0 but my available credit is also 0

Bit confused!

I’m sorry to hear about this. This can sometimes happen if you pay an amount that's higher than your credit limit or if you pay more than your last statement balance.

If you send a private message, we'll check if there is a hold on the payment and remove it for you if that is the case.
