Chargeback

    Hello, I sent a chargeback in on 1/10 but haven’t heard anything or received an acknowledgement. Please advise if this is normal, how long should I wait or if there is someone I can speak with. Thank you

    You should have receive an automated reply to your email when submitting your claim.
    It would appear that this has not happened for one reason or another.

    I suggest that you send Tesco Bank a private message, to check your account for receipt of your claim.

    Please click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with details of your chargeback.

    You will receive a reply to your private message with confirmation.
