Hi, how long does it take for a refund to show on my available credit balance??

Hi @sammieuk, I'm sorry about the delay in getting back to you on this. Are you still waiting for the refund to show on your balance? Refunds should increase your available credit as soon as we receive them from the merchant. Refunds appear directly below the original transaction online if the original transaction was within the last 3 months. If not, you will see the refund on the next statement produced.
