On my iPhone (IOS 12.5.5) I can use Touch ID to login to the Tesco Bank app.
Why can’t I use Touch ID on my iPad (IOS 15.1)?
I have the latest version of the app (v4.10.0) on both devices but switching on Touch ID isn’t an option in the app Settings menu on my iPad.

Hi @Dajmeister, thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid we don't support Touch ID on iPad devices at the moment. This is a security measure as an iPad can typically be set up as a shared device where a number of people have access to the device rather than just the account holder. I understand that isn’t always the case, however that’s why we have the restriction in place.
