Why can’t I get a settlement figure online I don’t use social media and don’t want to speak to some one on the phone I just want to be able to get one in my app like other banks do

You can get a settlement figure here.
Just send Tesco Bank a private message from here and request this.

Complete it with your message and include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
Click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.

You will receive a private message reply with the information you've requested when it's been calculated for you.
