Tried downloading my certificates of interest for my accounts using either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and it doesn't work.
I get an error eventually saying: Website currently unavailable.
Looks as if link doesn't work...
Can you please help ? Many thanks in advance

@vlg2003 We are aware of an issue when customers are trying to download their statements at the moment. Our IT team are aware of this and are working hard to resolve this. We hope to have it working again as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

vlg2003 Please send us over a PM to @Tesco-Bank , and we'll be able to issue this in the post. The online incident has now been resolved so you'll be able to view the statements via online banking and the mobile app again.
