I have a pending transaction which i believe is for a cowboy company and do I cancel the pending transaction?

I ordered an item which said the transaction did not complete. So I ordered off another site now my account shows 2 pending transactions.???

@Lesdavey A pending transaction should drop off within 7 working days if the retailer doesn't collect the funds. If this doesn't drop off your account after the 7 working days, then please let us know so that we can investigate further.
