Over the last two years that our Mobile Banking App has been available, we have been constantly trying to improve our customers’ experience. So we are always excited to release an app update that is centred on exactly what our app users are asking for; introducing Touch ID and Android Fingerprint for our Mobile Banking App.
We’ve worked hard to make it as fast and as simple as it can be, and we hope it’ll be that little bit more helpful when you need to manage your money. Whether it’s a spare second to look at your latest statement or authenticating a new transaction, you can do so with the confidence that you’ll be able to get to it anywhere and at anytime.
You can use Touch ID and Fingerprint to log in to the app and authenticate transactions like adding a new payee or completing a balance transfer. To get started, enable Touch ID or Android Fingerprint on your phone and make sure to download the latest version of our app. Simple enough, right? So, why not get set up today?
