NCD Proof Has Incorrect Years On It

    Been with Tesco Bank since November 2020, when I had 9 years NCD protected. I am now leaving after being given an astromical renewal quote, so I require my proof of NCD to pass on to my new insurers. However, the renewal quote has me down still as 9 years instead of 12 years.

    I’ve gone back and checked all previous renewal letters and they all say it’s 9 years, so they never incremented my NCD since I joined. I never checked as I always renewed over the phone and policy was the same.

    How or who do I contact to get the document updated to reflect the correct NCD?

    I'm sorry to hear you are cancelling your policy and your NCD is showing the incorrect number of years.
