The software running this forum automatically removes postcodes from posts. This is fine for security when someone should not have provided their DOB & postcode, but whenyou want people to see an address (like how to complain to BT about Tesco Bank emails not arriving) it is not so great:

Yes the system is setup to remove personal details if it spots a pattern so as to avoid people publically giving away their details - which many people do you might be surprised to learn.
When we ask for these personal details via private message, so we can look up someone's account, we always ask that you leave a space between each character.

request by law enforcement or other government agencies;
a request by you;
unexpected technical issue or problem; and
extended periods of inactivity.
Termination of your registration includes removal of access to all offerings within Your Community and may also prevent you from engaging in further use of Your Community. Rights to content

Indemnification
