ive been charged a late payment fee despite paying more than i need to each month!!! ive been paying at least 100 over the amount im meant to each month this is a joke

I'm sorry you've been charged an unexpected fee. However, regardless of how much is paid above the minimum amount due, if the payment is received late then a late fee will be applied to the account.
