I set up a direct debit when I first opened an account however not once has it actually automatically taken money. In my last statement I have an outstanding payment for no reason when the direct debit shouldve taken it. I tried to pay the outstanding payment later but it is still showing up as outstanding despite having paid it 3 times now (£49.42)
Direct debit did not work and I have paid for the same payment three times
