I recently had a loan and I am trying to log on to view it so I can keep track on balance and payments etc. but it said I am locked out. How do I reset this please?

Hey @Stacey3210 , thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid we can't help with resets here. Can you please call the loans department and they would be happy to help with this. 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm). I hope this helps😀
