Ok, so i have an old Tesco savings account.
For the last 6 months, when i log in to download my monthly statement, a list of statements appears and all of them are dated 01 Jan 0001.
The top one isn't even the most recent (or the last one for that matter)
It's so hard to find the latest one...i end up just using the date search and manually inputting the required dates.
Is this likely to be rectified (Tesco ?), and am i the only one this is happening to ?

Mine is the same.

I am also still getting emails that my syayements are available despite an earlier reply from Christopher saying it should be fixed

Appreciate the reply friend, and feel the pain.
Yes I've had about 3 emails this week to say a statement is ready, but there isn't one.
Most annoying though is the website still lists my all of my statements as 01 Jan 0001...surely that's fixable by Tesco's website technicians...It's been like this for months ??
Chances are I'm probably going to just close the account and go elsewhere...that will certainly fix my issue (permanently).
